看美劇，應(yīng)該是所有學(xué)英語的方法中最輕松的，但跟著劇中各色主人公笑過鬧過之后，到底英語水平有沒有提高？</p><p>　　Kitty是個(gè)地道的美劇迷，尤其喜歡《老友記》，從她開始準(zhǔn)備托?？荚?，不，應(yīng)該說從她喜歡上英語開始，《老友記》就幾乎一直在她耳邊，無論是練習(xí)聽力口語寫作，或者是了解美國文化，習(xí)俗。在突擊練習(xí)英語的時(shí)間里，Kitty突然發(fā)現(xiàn)，《老友記》對托福考試產(chǎn)生了非常大的幫助。本期就為各位托?？忌钌稀独嫌延洝肥褂媒坛獭?/p><p>　　<strong>《老友記》聽力練習(xí)六部曲</strong></p><p>　　《老友記》里的語速和托福中的口語語速很相似，因?yàn)橥懈Ｂ犃荚囈簿褪侨粘ＵZ速，不過在聽他們對話的時(shí)候其中也有竅門：基本可以忽略Joey和Ross的部分，尤其要忽略當(dāng)Ross對Rachel說話的時(shí)候，語速基本就相當(dāng)于阿甘……所以在用老友記練聽力的時(shí)候，要重點(diǎn)聽女生和Chandler的對話。他們的速度和托?？荚嚥畈欢?。</p><p>　　下面著重介紹《老友記》聽力練習(xí)六部曲：</p><p>　　第一曲：裸聽</p><p>　　所謂裸聽，就是在沒有任何準(zhǔn)備的時(shí)候看一遍。這種時(shí)候，如果你的聽力不是特別強(qiáng)，就只能聽出來里面有人笑，至于為什么，別問我，看臺詞去。這一步驟的目的是要讓自己知道，到底離美國正常人的聽力水平還有多遠(yuǎn)。</p><p>　　第二曲：一句一句聽</p><p>　　這里的反復(fù)聽是指在不看任何字幕的情況下，用遙控器一句一句</p><p>　　或者一段一段地暫停，然后仔細(xì)聽每一句每一段。這樣能讓你有足夠的時(shí)間考慮，或者去想每個(gè)句子的意思。實(shí)際上我們已經(jīng)有足夠的詞匯量，只是因?yàn)椴怀Ｓ?，所有很多情況下即使聽到了那個(gè)詞，還是不能反應(yīng)過來。這樣一句一暫停，能給你足夠的時(shí)間考慮，能夠幫助你想起好多你平時(shí)不常用的詞匯。</p><p>　　第三曲：聽讀</p><p>　　實(shí)際上是第二步的延續(xù)。在一句一暫停的時(shí)候，最好能夠復(fù)述下來這句話。如果之前練習(xí)過就會發(fā)現(xiàn)，有些詞是別人讀你聽不明白，但是自己以重復(fù)就清楚了。另外這個(gè)步驟還能夠幫助我們增加瞬時(shí)記憶。最后把復(fù)述不了并且聽不懂的地方用筆記下來。</p><p>　　第四曲：看臺詞</p><p>　　《老友記》是生活喜劇，中間包含了許多生活中常用到的詞句。在看《老友記》臺詞的時(shí)候一定要發(fā)音自己讀，這樣能幫助你更好理解美國人說話的詞搭用法。</p><p>　　第五曲：結(jié)合書面材料再聽自己在第三步中所做的標(biāo)記，就是自己在聽力中遇到的最大挑戰(zhàn)。在你結(jié)合閱讀材料的時(shí)候，你不但要聽，還要分析這里為什么</p><p>　　自己聽不懂，是因?yàn)樵~匯沒有掌握，或是自己發(fā)音不準(zhǔn)，還是不明白這種表達(dá)。總而言之，一定要找出為什么自己聽不懂，找出原因，然后集中精力解決它。</p><p>　　第六曲：拋棄書面從頭聽</p><p>　　不看閱讀材料，然后再從頭聽一遍，爭取能夠理解他們說的每一句話，最好能做到聽抄。這并不是指把每一句都抄寫下來，而是要努力記下這里的大體意思和關(guān)鍵詞。</p><p>　　《老友記》口語練習(xí)兩步走</p><p>　　實(shí)際上口語練習(xí)在聽力六部曲中的“第三曲”已經(jīng)開始了。聽力第三步的聽讀就是練習(xí)發(fā)音的一個(gè)很好的機(jī)會，一句一聽，一定要努力去模仿發(fā)音。</p><p>　　這里要強(qiáng)調(diào)一下，不要每個(gè)人都模仿，要挑著人模仿，比如，男生推薦模仿Joey的聲音，女生則推薦模仿Rachel。通過《老友記》練口語，女生有優(yōu)勢，因?yàn)镽achel的臺詞比較多，而且聲音比較有特色，語速也比較快。男生在模仿的時(shí)候不單單要模仿Joey，還要模仿Chandler的語速。</p><p>　　在聽力練習(xí)完成以后，也就是你精聽過《老友記》并且記下了聽力中的大體意思和關(guān)鍵詞。剩下的事情就是根據(jù)你記的東西，給別人陳述。最好找一個(gè)能聽懂英語且沒有看過《老友記》的人。你根據(jù)你記得東西把這一集中的故事用你自己的話告訴你的朋友?？此懿荒苈牰?，聽明白，然后讓他再用中文告訴你，你講的大體內(nèi)容，你來對照。他的復(fù)述是不是和你看的相一致。注意一下，在進(jìn)行這一步的時(shí)候，要努力用自己模仿Joey或Rachel的聲音進(jìn)行復(fù)述。</p><p>　　最后特別提醒，《老友記》的練習(xí)只適用于長期準(zhǔn)備托福的，也就是還有2-3個(gè)月才考試的童鞋。如果你將在半個(gè)月內(nèi)考試，這種方法就不是很適合了。(周佳)</p><style></style><!--enpproperty
